Accessibility Statement

We strive to make our website intersport-kaltenbrunner.at accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act in its current version for the implementation of the European Accessibility Directive (RL 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.2 have been complied with as far as possible.

1.  Creation of the Accessibility Statement

This statement was created on 12.06.2025.

The assessment of the website's compatibility with the BaFG was carried out in the form of a self-test according to WCAG 2.2.

Our website is continuously being improved. Usability and accessibility are of great importance to us.

Should you encounter any barriers on our website that hinder or restrict your use, please inform us at the following email address gmunden@prosport.at.

In this case, please briefly describe the problem and provide the URL of the affected website or document. We will review your request and contact you as soon as possible.

2.   Enforcement Procedure

If the responses from the contact option mentioned above are not satisfactory, you can lodge a complaint with the complaints body of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the complaints body contact form.

The FFG examines complaints to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act, in particular deficiencies in compliance with accessibility requirements, by the federal government or an institution attributable to it.

If the complaint is justified, the FFG must issue recommendations for action to the federal government or the affected legal entities and propose measures to remedy the existing deficiencies.
