To summarize the most important points again:
- The skis must be returned to the same shop where they were rented.
- The return must take place by 30.04.2027 at the latest.
- Protection against breakage and theft:
> In case of breakage, loss, or theft, the retailer must be informed within 24 hours, and the agreed deductible* must be paid within 48 hours of notification. Furthermore, necessary measures to enforce the retailer's claims must be taken within 24 hours of the first request by the retailer.
> We particularly point out that in the event of theft, a police theft report must be presented.
*the deductible is 25%. The basis for calculation is the sum of the sales price and the rental price.
